Our ingredients are derived from plants and other elements in nature. We recommend storing your purchase in a cool and dry place and not exposing it to direct sunlight.
With every wash, our textiles will get softer. We recommend washing our cottons and khadi in a mesh/ muslin bag on a gentle machine cycle. You could also hand-wash your cottons.
Silk is made on the handloom and is a delicate textile. We recommend only hand-washing your silks.
Yes, we ship worldwide from Mumbai, India. International orders are shipped using FedEx and Aramax courier services. Customs and import duties may be levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer's responsibility.
Currently, we are only shipping clothing internationnally.
All good things take time. Our orders are shipped within 3-5 working days. On placing your order, you will receive an email confirming your order. Thereafter, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Domestic deliveries take 3-5 days. International deliveries take upto 7 days.
International orders can be paid for via PayPal. You will be directed to PayPal at the checkout page. You do not need a PayPal account to make a payment. Simply choose pay by Credit/Debit card card once you are directed to the PayPal payment link.

Please send us an email within 24 hours of placing your order if you wish to cancel since we start working on fulfilling an order soon after it is placed.
We hope you never have a reason to return your beautiful purchase. However, if for any reason, you wish to initiate a return/ exchange, kindly notify us within three working days of receiving your order. Once we have been intimated, we accept returns within 10 days provided your purchase hasn’t been used, washed or worn. All tags to be intact and the product is to be returned in all its original packaging.
We cannot offer returns on beauty and related products. However, in the event that your order is incorrect or damaged during transit, kindly write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
And Begin Again holds the right to not accept returns that have been worn or damaged. In the event we are unable to accept the return, you will be intimated of the same and the product will be shipped back to you.
We issue store credit for the products returned. Store credit is valid for a period of six months.
